Middleburg’s growing hospitality market has a new arrival. TownePlace Suites by Marriott Middleburg, a 126-room extended-stay hotel, has officially opened its doors at 1625 Jeremiah Street within the Clay Town Center — bringing a nationally recognized brand to one of Northeast Florida’s fastest-growing communities.
The new TownePlace Suites adds another lodging option to Middleburg’s expanding Clay Town Center, offering travelers a mix of comfort and convenience suited to both short and extended stays. Its arrival reflects the steady growth of the area’s hospitality offerings as development continues across Clay County.
The property is owned by Clay County Town Center Holdings LLC, developed by Paradigm Development Partners LLC, and managed by Tampa-based McKibbon Hospitality. General Manager James House and Director of Sales Courtney Wahl will lead the on-site management team. The project was designed by HC Architecture, constructed by Kellogg & Kimsey and features interiors by IIG Design.
